Welcome to the Alexander Benjamin House. We invite you to stay in our charming traditional Victorian Inn. The world around this structure has changed in the past 100 years, but, little has on its foundation. Built sometime in the late 1800's by Wellington Weaver and his wife Fiana Andreas Weaver, this family treasure had been passed down from generation to generation. For all of its existence, this building served the community either as a general store, apartments, or post office. The existing barn and garages served as a livery stable and implement shop.
In November 2000, we, the Deola family, purchased the building from the Weaver descendents and are proud to now open the front doors to you. Come inside and enjoy the beautiful craftsmanship of yesterday with all the amenities of today.
