-Minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends during the months of December through February (ski season), but call/email to check with as we sometimes have single night availability at the last minute, as well as last minute specials.

-$50.00 deposit per room is required to hold your reservation
-Deposit is refundable if cancellation is at least 10 days prior to reservation. NO refund of deposit if
the reservation is for a holiday.

Breakfast Policy
-Breakfast is served buffet style on the weekend at 8:45 a.m. promptly in the main dining room, unless indicated otherwise. We do not offer room service, nor do we make breakfast orders, etc. Breakfast is cleaned up by 9:30 a.m., due to food safety issues. Please make sure you arrive prior to clean up. After clean-up, we cannot accommodate you.
-If you choose to not partake in breakfast, we do not offer "credit" or refunds off the cost of your stay. Our prices reflect the rental of the room, and breakfast is complimentary.
-During the week, (Monday morning through Friday morning) we serve a Continental breakfast, which consists of muffins, bagels, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and eggs.
-If you have food allergies, dietary needs, etc., please indicate this at a minimum, the night before breakfast is served. We cannot accommodate special requests at the last moment.
